We love to grill and now that we have great weather… we plan to put this baby to work!!!
We decided one evening to do all our veggies and meat on the grill. The entire meal. So be sure to check out the other grilled veggie recipes from this meal on the blog as well.
4-6 boneless/skinless chicken thighs
1 heaping tablespoon of lemon/herb spice of your choice (we use the McCormick Lemon & Herb Seasoning)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
large pinch coarse salt
large pinch cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Juice of 1 lemon
Get a large gallon size zip-top bag. Add all the ingredients including the chicken into the bag. Zip the bag up and massage all the yummy goodness all over your chicken. Let marinade no less than 60 minutes. If you do this ahead of time you can place in your fridge for a few hours.
Grill on a hot grill and cook each side for approximately 4-5 minutes depending how thick your thighs are.
