Easy Peasy Kielbasa & Kraut

We attended a reception a few weeks ago for some special friends. They had their children blessed at church. At the reception- they had delicious food. However this one caught our eye. Because we never thought to bake them together as they did.  I don’t know why not- but we were introduced to this easy 2 ingredient dish.  We even had seconds that night.

**I stand corrected this is NOT a southern dish- So the credit goes to ‘dem Yankees!!** But I am a southern girl in the south making this great dish.

Tonight we decided this was to be our dinner. It made the house smell fabulous!!

Ingredients=

1 lb of kielbasa
24 oz of sour kraut

8×8 Baking Dish

We cut our kielbasa into large sections, poured the 24 oz of sour kraut on top. Covered the dish with aluminum foil and baked at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. (We have convection oven so it cooked quickly)

THAT’S IT!!

Everyone loved it. The juices together are wonderful!!

We made roasted potatoes to go with this. You can find that recipe here on the blog as well!
