Chad’s Famously Fought Over Potatoes

YUP!! You read it right. It is famous. (Well in our family it is) Anyone that comes over for dinner- scarfs them up, or they request to have them when they come over to dinner with us.

Roasted Garlic Potatoes at it’s best!!

Ingredients-

5 red potatoes (medium/large)
2-3  tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
Extra large pinch of coarse salt
Extra large pinch of cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons of garlic powder (sometimes chad likes even more than that)

Wash and cut up 5 red potatoes. Try to keep the sizes of the pieces similar so they cook evenly. Put them in a bowl. Then add the rest of your ingredients. Toss/mix well. Pour onto a baking sheet. We often cover our sheet with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May take longer if you do not have a convection oven. You could even bump it up to 375 degrees. However since we were making them with another dish at the same time that was to be baked at 350 it worked out well.

Soon as they come out of the oven, sprinkle on a bit more salt.

Serve warm!! They go well with just about anything and everything. They are SOO GOOD!

Chad has been making these for a while now- and we just can’t get enough of them!
